The Texas Yankee Workshop can accommodate large tumbler orders for an organization, special event, family reunion or more. An order is considered "large" if there will be more than 8+ tumblers in the order. Please keep in mind that usually a large order for an event or organization would contain the same design on each tumbler. Multiple individual designs would be at regular sales prices. Personalization is also available for an additional small charge. We offer volume discounts based on the number of tumblers to be made.
Order your large order as far ahead of your scheduled event as possible. This will give us time to work with you directly to finalize designs, etc. The Texas Yankee Workshop requires a 50% deposit of the total price to begin your large order. If you need to cancel or change your large order it can be done up and until final signoff of the design. Once the design is finalized and it's moved into the manufacturing queue then a cancellation will forfeit your deposit.
When the manufacturing process has started we will give you updates on estimated finishing and shipping times. Although we are very accurate, these are not guaranteed. Once we have a set finishing date, then we will send out the final invoice for the remaining 50% of the cost. We will ship your order upon receipt of your final payment.
